The design of this five-story multi-family + commercial building utilized concrete, wood, and steel-framing and now serves as an easily-recognizable building in the Bellingham community showcasing elegant modern design that complements the surrounding historical architecture.

This multi-phase airport retrofit and expansion tripled the size of the existing facility while maintaining ongoing flight operations, demonstrating our commitment to providing exceptional design while navigating project-specific constraints.

LMM's new facility is a state-of-the-art facility that expands their services, mission, and reach throughout Northwest Washington. This project was a years-long collaborative effort between dozens of invested community members to take the project from vision to reality.

PARKVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

This project included a partial demolition of an existing 1950s school with a significant 54,000sf wood- and steel-framed expansion and highlights our continued partnership with our local and regional public schools and infastructure.

FISHERMAN'S PAVILION

This elegant pre-engineered metal building now serves as a vibrant community space at the intersection between Bellingham's working waterfront, marina, and greenspace.

The design of this three-story medical center utilized all four primary modern building materials - steel, wood, concrete, and CMU - to achieve the client's graceful design, which features large timber columns and wood accents throughout.
