ASSOCIATED ASPHALT
Whatcom County, WA
Kingworks designed the foundations and concrete pedestals for this large production facility. Careful coordination with the contractor allowed for reuse of used equipment moved from another site. Large seismic overturning loads exist at the site and were accommodated with economically sized piers and mats in lieu of piles, saving considerable project budget.
