This historic building is home to a large office space, a martial arts studio, and an excellent doughnut shop. The owner retained Kingworks to perform a seismic evaluation, which identified key components likely to fail in a major earthquake. Based on that evaluation, seismic retrofit measures were incorporated into the roof and walls during a scheduled reroof - saving costs and minimizing tenant disturbances.
