These three iconic buildings adjacent to the Bellingham boat harbor are prime real estate for office and restaurant tenants. The largest building is steel framed atop an underground parking garage that extends far beyond the above-grade footprint. Low floor-to-floor height requirements and difficult site soils were among the challenges overcome by the design team.
